More news: new works in progress. Since my return from Berlin I've been focusing on a few new projects. Views on Views, Twins on Twins, and Finding Keith Stone. I'm currently really interested in autobiography and biography. I've always been interested in personal narrative but now am becoming obsessed with the implications of using such a device: how we present it, how it's received, how it's interpreted, etc etc. I'm having trouble writing about my ideas. My friend Dave Colangelo (one of the members of the N/A space) is a brilliant writer and is helping me materialize my ideas in writing. He also wrote a great essay for the Again, With Feeling! exhibition. Be sure to pick one up on Thursday night!

GET LOST

Last time I got lost was last summer in a 66 acre cemetery in Picton, Ontario during my residency at SparkBox Studio. I'm in Berlin, starting my OAC sponsored (thank you!) mentorship with artist Candice Breitz. Three days in and the fear is pulling me down hard. With no home to return to in Toronto, I'm left to get lost for as long as I want. What next? Giddy up, I'm ready for whatever.
